Description

Seeking energetic and positive Rugby Camp Instructors to lead youth players in a recreational rugby program and camp. Coaches will focus on building basic skills, teaching the rules of the game, and promoting teamwork and confidence in a safe, non-contact or low-contact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fun, structured sessions introducing rugby fundamentals (passing, positioning, movement).
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Adapt coaching methods to be age-appropriate (ages 6-14)
• Encourage teamwork, confi dence, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure safety by following appropriate warm-up, cooldown, and injury prevention practices.
• Communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff
• Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16.
• Passion for rugby and youth development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
