Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Gymnastics Coach/Supervisor to oversee and supervise gym operations during class times to ensure a safe and productive environment.

• Confirm coaches have reviewed lesson plans and spotting procedures before classes begin. 
• Ensure all staff and participants are in appropriate uniforms.
• Actively assist in classes by supporting stations and resolving issues as they arise. 
• Communicate directly with parents about upcoming events, their child’s progress, and any concerns.
• Monitor gym access to ensure only registered members are present on the floor.
• Conduct daily safety checks of equipment and report any issues to the coordinator.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and ready to assist when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with coaching gymnastics preferred. 
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and love interacting with participants.
